Dr. Katie is a holistic-minded physician who believes that everything is connected. She will work with your body — not against it— to gently uncover the root of an imbalance, restoring your body’s natural ability to heal itself. 

With a passion to serve as a guide for a whole-self approach to wellbeing, together you will bridge the gaps between the science and art of healthcare. Specializing in the gentle + compassionate care of women, pregnancy, and pediatrics, Dr. Katie pulls from her advanced trainings in intuitive adjustment techniques (safe for mama + baby!), CranioSacral therapy, Functional Medicine, whole foods nutrition, yoga, primal movement, and mind-body medicine to customize your treatments that facilitate true healing.

GENTLE + INTUITIVE CHIROPRACTIC

Dr. Katie specializes in light-force adjustment techniques that you may not even recognize if you've been to a chiropractor before! Safe for all, including mamas-to-be, little ones, and those with extra sensitivities (or fear!). With patient education as a staple to each visit, you will only receive treatments that feel safe and healing. 

NUTRITION + FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

Bioindividuality is the name of the game! Dr. Katie will guide you towards the most nutrient-dense whole foods that work best for your body + healing journey. Functional Medicine aims to get to the root cause of chronic disease using advanced lab testing and dietary changes. Individual + small group sessions available.

MIND-BODY HEALING

Like our brain stores memories, so does our body. Sometimes old injuries, tight muscles, or specific symptoms can be connected to a mental or emotional memory. Without even having to share the thought or feeling out loud, Dr. Katie can utilize techniques to isolate the connection which can provide physical healing + emotional release

Women's Health Care 

You've heard of chiropractic care for neck pain, back pain, headaches, disc injuries, sports injuries and general wellness.

How else can Dr. Katie help women, specifically?

The female pelvis is inherently and biomechanically structured differently than the male counterpart.

Regardless of the gender you identify as, your internal organs and pelvic structure dictate their function. While she will treat the whole body, Dr. Katie will focus extensively on balancing the pelvis to optimize your health + vitality as a human, and as a woman.

In many ancient medical and healing modalities, the pelvis is also the creativity center, digestive powerhouse, and creator of life. No big deal ;)

 

This means that my care can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing:
